Students will learn the basics of working with plastic canvas while creating their very own Halloween-themed bag tag! These fun handmade accessories are perfect for decorating backpacks, school bags, trick-or-treat bags, and more!

• Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• Cost: $15 per student

• Ages: 8 years and older

• Location: Whimsical Threadz

• Located inside the Collaborative Cardinal & Clover building across from Clarabella Flowers

All supplies are INCLUDED in the $15 class registration fee!

Everything your child needs to create their Halloween-themed plastic canvas bag tag will be provided during class. Just bring your creativity and get ready for some spooky crafting fun!

For the safety and comfort of our young crafters, parents or legal guardians are asked to remain with their child throughout the entire class. This is not a drop-off event.

📋 Registration & Class Policies

• Registration is $15 per student and must be paid in advance.

• All registration fees are non-refundable.

• Students must be at least 8 years old to participate.

• All necessary crafting supplies are included.

• Parents or guardians are asked to remain with their children during the class.

• Please arrive on time so your child can enjoy the full crafting experience.

Whimsical Threadz Class Terms & Conditions

By registering and paying for a Whimsical Threadz class, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment & Registration: Full payment is required at the time of registration. All class fees are non-refundable. Registration closes two (1) days before the class. No registrations will be accepted the day before or the day of the scheduled class.

Supplies: Class fees do not include supplies unless specifically stated otherwise. The required supply list will be provided after full payment is received, based on the supply option selected during registration. Students are responsible for purchasing and bringing all required supplies to class.

Missing Supplies: Students who arrive without the required supplies may still receive any pattern included with their class fee; however, no refund, credit, make-up class, or additional instruction will be provided for missed instruction.

Attendance & Late Arrivals: Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Classes will begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals and no-shows do not qualify for refunds, credits, make-up classes, or additional instruction. Instructors are not required to repeat material missed because of a late arrival.

Three-Occurrence Policy: A student who is late and/or fails to attend a scheduled class a total of three (3) times may be barred from future Whimsical Threadz classes unless participation is approved in advance by Whimsical Threadz staff.

Right to Refuse Participation: Whimsical Threadz reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse registration, admission, or continued participation. Students may be required to leave for disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable conduct. When refusal or removal results from a student's conduct or failure to follow these terms, no refund or credit will be issued.
